4) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the Site secure and functional (strictly necessary cookies).
  • Measure performance and improve user experience (analytics cookies).
  • Personalize content and, where used, deliver more relevant ads (advertising cookies).

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot to help us understand how visitors use the Site and to improve performance and communications. These tools set first-party cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as page views, referral URLs, approximate location (based on IP), browser and device characteristics, session duration, and interactions with forms and links. We configure GA4 to truncate IP addresses and respect our internal data retention limits. In some cases, GA4 may use Google Signals (when enabled) to provide aggregated, cross-device insights for users who are signed in to Google and have consented to ad personalization; you can control those settings in your Google account.

HubSpot’s analytics and marketing tools may associate your browsing with your contact record after you submit a form or interact with our emails, allowing us to tailor follow-ups and measure campaign effectiveness. You can manage cookies via the Cookie Settings link on our Site or your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit certain features.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use GA4 to measure Site performance, diagnose issues, and improve content. GA4 processes the data described above to produce aggregated reports; we do not use GA4 to identify individuals. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using your browser’s privacy controls, ad settings in your Google account, or an opt-out plugin where available.

HubSpot Analytics & CRM. We use HubSpot to host forms, manage emails, and maintain our CRM. When you submit a form, register for an event, or interact with our emails, HubSpot may set cookies or use tracking pixels to record campaign attribution (e.g., source, medium), email opens/clicks, page visits, and subsequent form activity. This helps us respond to your requests and provide relevant information. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the message.

Advertising & Retargeting (if applicable). If we run advertising (e.g., Google/LinkedIn/Meta), we may use pixels or audiences created from GA4/HubSpot to reach visitors with relevant information. In certain U.S. states, this may be considered a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Your Privacy Rights & Choices for opt-out options; we also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

You can manage preferences via our Cookie Settings link on the Site and through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not work as intended. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for applicable U.S. state laws.

5) How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, marketing, customer support, email and CRM platforms such as HubSpot/other, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Analytics and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot) that process limited personal information on our behalf to provide analytics, email, CRM, and site experience services. These providers are contractually bound to use the information only to deliver services to us.
  • Business partners for joint events or content, where you have engaged with both parties.
  • Professional advisors (e.g., legal, accounting).
  • Authorities where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Successors in interest (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset transfer).

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law when using certain advertising or analytics tools. See Your Privacy Rights & Choices for opt-out options.

6) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. When no longer needed, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize information.
