Forestry Mutual has three different payment structures: Monthly (Self-Reporting), Quarterly (Estimated) and Annually (Estimated). The Monthly Self-Reporting is a unique payment structure that allows the policy holder to report the prior months actual payrolls in the appropriate classifications and calculate their worker’s compensation premiums. Quarterly and Annual payment options are based on estimated premiums.

Our Policy Services Department works directly with the insured or, if requested, with your registered agent. All of our billing is done directly with the policyholders. Certificates of insurance as well as any other- endorsements are completed upon notification of our billings department at 1-800-849-7788.
