Never approach the loader until the loader operator has seen you and stopped the boom completely. 

Never stand with a pile of logs to your back. If one should roll you will not be able to react quickly to avoid being struck.

Never walk beneath a suspended loader grapple. Hydraulics do fail occasionally.

Loader operators should never swing the boom over workers on the ground.

Truck drivers need to leave the cab and maintain a safe distance until loaded.

Deckmen need to maintain a safe distance from the loader while topping/trimming.

All lodged or hung trees need to be pulled down as soon as possible.
